Painting in oils, acrylics or watercolour

 

Now in its ninth successful year the adult education painting class at the Cornaro Institute is one of our most popular programmes, attracting people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. They study in an informal and friendly class led by the talented painter Sevan Malikyan. Sevan's enthusiasm for art is infectious and his gentle and patient style of teaching is one of the strengths of the course.

 

You can specialize in oil, acrylic or watercolour paint and no previous experience is necessary. Sevan will introduce basic techniques to get you working straight away and you will soon develop your own style of painting.  If you have experience of painting already the class can help you improve your ideas and techniques.  All tuition is in English.

 

As well as learning this rewarding skill the painting class will introduce you to new people who share your interest in art.

 

Classes take place on Wednesday afternoons (2 pm to 4 pm) or Thursday mornings

(10 am to 12 noon).
