Whether you live in Cyprus permanently, or you plan to just visit for a short time, we can offer you some lovely studio space in the heart of the city of Larnaca. 

 

Located on the south-east coast of Cyprus, within easy reach of the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, and the island's second city Limassol, Larnaca is an attractive city with excellent links to the rest of the island and the outside world.

 

Within Larnaca itself is the ancient cathedral church of St Lazarus, as well as the former Catholic cathedral of Larnaca, now the Grand Mosque. There are art galleries and museums, and historic monuments and buildings. Perhaps the most stunning sight of all is the salt lake to the south of the city, which is home to flocks of flamingoes in winter and is a flat snowey white desert stretching to the horizon in summer.

We can offer studio space on short and long term basis. Studios are generous in size, and well maintained. You will have your own access key to both the building and your studio space.

 

Rentals of less than six months

Basic studio hire cost: 100 euro per month

The cost of living accommodation varies according to standard and season please contact us if you would like some advice

 

Rentals of six months and more

Basic studio hire cost: 80 euro per month

Living accommodation can be found from 250 euro a month (for a studio apartment)

 

 

How to Apply for Studio Space

 

We ask you to first fill in the application form which is online. This gives us the basic information we need to first assess your application.

 

You do not need to be a visual artist to rent studio space, and we welcome applications from writers and other types of artist who is in need of studio space. However we are looking for people who will be actively using the studio space and so it is not possible simply to use it on a very occasional basis or as a store room.
